RKVIST led a project to digitize all photos, albums, slides, negatives, media, and news clippings dating back to Mount Sinai Medical Center’s founding in 1949 by a group of philanthropists to make healthcare services readily available to all people, regardless of race, color, or creed, and to create a hospital where physicians would be allowed to practice medicine without fear of discrimination.

The Jewish Museum of Florida-FIU (JMOF) is the only museum dedicated to telling the story of more than 250 years of Florida Jewish history, arts and culture, with a growing collection of more than 100,000 items. RKVIST worked with JMOF leaders to preserve oral histories of 726 Jewish leaders from throughout the State of Florida dating from 1969 – 2000, an important collection from leaders in religious, business, civic, and cultural circles.

RKVIST scanned and digitized all items into one centralized, organized location so Barry may easily able to view and share images with family and friends.

Eight successful novels later, this USA Today and Amazon Bestselling Author had thousands of digital images in the cloud as well as boxes and albums stuffed with photos – and was downsizing her home. RKVIST took care of digitizing, de-duping and meta-tagging 70+K images.
